I recently purchased a pair of shoes for $10 from a deal posted on Ozbargain. As everyone else, my order got cancelled.
I saw a lot of comments about JD Sports email practices. (Advertise cheap deals, collect data, cancel order)….
I thought I was smarter than everyone else and when the first marketing email came through, I clicked “unsubscribe”. On top of this, I emailed customer service to ask them to remove my details.
To my surprise, another email came through 3 days later, so I unsubscribed again. Now I am really getting frustrated as today again, another email came through.
I have sent a complaint email, but the next step would be a complaint to ACMA.
Has anyone else had the same issue after unsubscribing?
I only unsubscribed today, so I'll wait and see.
