We are writing to say thank you all for your support of our business over these recent testing weeks of Lockdown and hope you and your family are doing well in the circumstances.

Sydney in Lockstep

As we navigate this lockdown, it's clear that Friday night is pizza night & sundown is dinner time. It's sweet to think of all the ways we are in this together, but for us in pizza-land come 6pm on Friday - BOOM we do explode! The concentration of orders is something we have never experienced before…with barely an order after 7…and yes, you might have gathered it's proving a huge challenge for us.

We are aware of the frustrations Friday night service has caused many of you. We are frustrated too as we just want to make you happy, at this time especially. We are trying everything we can to get ahead of the curve, although additional ovens are not available, we are shutting down the order platforms and upping our wait times as the rush hits and hits again. But for some, those wait time increases will be just after an order spike, and we can appear particularly behind our estimation for you. We sincerely apologise for that, especially if we didn't apologise to you on the night.
