How Good Are Kogan's Ergonomic Products?

I am uncertain about the products Kogan has. They all seem very generic and I just want to confirm what you guys think about their ergonomic products?

I am looking that this one in particular. The price seems absurd. I wonder if they just jacked up the price and set it to $25.99? A search on ozbargain showed a previous deal of $38. If okay, I'm considering on not buying with the Kogan First trial for free shipping but go through Paypal and pay for the shipping in the event of needing to return, you have Paypal to reimburse. What do you think?

    I am uncertain about the products Kogan has.

    Mainly Grey Imports, they are very ordinary, if something goes wrong with them when you try to access "Customer Service" you'll find out there isn't any.

      So far I haven't had a bad experience with customer service with faulty inexpensive items. They just gave me a replacement. With this one, however, I'm a bit hesitant. Just doesn't look right.

    Like basically every other Kogan product, it's pretty much just the same junk you would buy from AliExpress, but more expensive, and with worse service.
