How to Get The Facebook Blue Tick - Page Not Found

Trying to verify a friends page so he can get the blue tick. I believe the page to fill out the form is https://www.facebook.com/help/contact/295038365360854 however it isn't working. Tried from different browsers but no go. I've looked online and they're all saying fill out the form.

Does anyone know what the go is? I can't believe in 2021 FB would have broken links for something like this.

      Yeah I'm logged in as an individual though, not under the business page. Would that matter?

    I've asked 3 other people and they all said it doesn't load. Very weird.
