Can't you keep making new accounts to get 50% off?

    • +1

You need a valid mobile number , probably cross reference IP and credit card details too.

      • Card details are definitely checked. I got stung by it from placing one order with my card on my partner’s account.

    • Afaik you need a new number and payment method, unsure if they check IMEIs like Uber Eats does

New number per account for sure but i have used the same credit card across multiple accounts and can still avail the same discount code. I used the au50off2 code

Nah, you don't. Enter a random number, then when it asks for the pin, click confirm another way, and it will email you. Use junk email accounts.

Also, you can use Apple Pay to pay and they can't seem to check the payment as its tokenised not a card number.

Works, ALL the time for 18 months!

Order, use code AU50OFF2 and score 50% off. Capped at $10 though. But still, add in 10% off GC on Shopback. Often grab $20 meals, for $9 delivered :p Plus they have a heap of promos on DashPass worth wile, so I cam not paying $13 a month for that on one account ha

Good tip - been trying to figure it out for a while

I've gotten away with putting random phone number. They haven't asked for it to be verified.

  • How do you get 50% off as a new user? Au50off seems expired now?

    • +1

      I've never seen that, only $15 X 3 orders

      • Which code is that may i ask? Would be fantastic!

        • It's the referral bonus . 20$ for the referrer and 15$ on 1st 3 orders for the referree

    • +1

AU50OFF2 should still be active, max discount of $10 though so other codes might work out better

      • Could you please point me to these codes? I searched under ozbargain search window under not expired filter category but not many seem to come up..

        • To be honest I saw this code on ShopBack — looks like it was posted here on ozb but marked as expired already

    Subway through DD is $21
    Through UE is $15

They charge $1 vs $5 delivery and it's 50m across the road from me.(I'm not allowed off site when working)

    • Generally, across most orders, DoorDash has been a lot cheaper. but I think it depends on where you're ordering from and how far. Most places near me all $4 delivery and $4 service fee on Uber. They're $5 on DoorDash and like $1 fee. I also find menu prices sometimes cheaper on DoorDash. Deliveroo service is far too shit to ever try, nothing ever arrives, their support is shit. At least with Uber/Doordash they refund and credit.

Last week, I received an e-mail from DoorDash with a code conferring 25% off my next five orders, but literally every single restaurant in my area was apparently ineligible for the promotion. Befuddled, I reopened the e-mail and noticed the expiry date in the footnote read "8/21/2021 11:59pm PST", and sure enough, upon Googling the code, one of the top results was a Slickdeals post.

Despite being an AU customer and the e-mail unquestionably coming from DoorDash's AU e-mail server, I was sent a code that's region-locked to the US.

    Great job, DoorDash.

    • I've been sent US only codes too.

They have probably either got really bad data or are putting juniors on the email distribution.

I've seen it first hand. If you have shit or inexperienced people sending emails, you'll get shit results.

  • "Account not eligible" for either of the codes
