What are your thoughts about the following configuration and the price after aplying the coupon code 8UGUST ?? I am trying to figure out if E series is worth buying but I cant get these specs with in these price range anywhere else. What do you guys think is this worth it?

If you can actually make full use of the 8-core CPU and 24 Gigs of RAM then it's not a terrible deal, but otherwise you may be better off getting a base configuration and then adding more storage and more RAM yourself for $1100 or less.
The basic 6 core config with 8G RAM + 256GB SSD + standard gamut 300 nit display is $889 from this deal
