Old game, but seems to be a new historical low according to ITAD.

How could new vegas not be higher
Is Civ 6 really that popular?
It's a fun game unless you're one of the substantial minority that now can't play the game after the latest DLC as it crashes constantly. No fixes and no acknowledgement of issue by 2K games.
I’m surprised, I mean I knew it was a popular series. I’ve played them all back to Civ 1 (where you could edit the introduction words via text file editing).
But Civ6 has been the least able to keep me going “just one more turn”.
@WhyAmICommenting: Civ 1 was so good. That phalanx guard will never let you down
"Because one dog ain't enough, and two is too low, it's me, Three Dog!" .
Fallout New Vegas was my all time favourite.. Top deal on this though.
$4 and you'll get 200-400 hours of enjoyment from it. Great deal. One of my favs of all time.
I'll never forget the feeling I first played this and exited the vault. Wow, atmosphere, immersion, wide-open area, surroundings, almost felt like you were there.
Then there are the mods that take it to another level.
I remember this feeling too. The vault opened and it was like wow, just go explore wherever you want and start your own journey. Then it becomes clear how dangerous the wasteland is when youre low level, have nothing in your inventory. Not long after I made it to Megaton and shortly after there was an option to blow it up.
Marvellous game. Play it.
I recommend downloading the Tale of Two Wastelands mod and running Fallout 3 under the Fallout: New Vegas engine. More stable, and you get all the newer features from the latter title.
I second this, plus this guide https://thebestoftimes.github.io/
Never used GamesPlanet before. When you buy something from them do you get a code to use on Steam or are they just like Steam and you add the game to a 'GamesPlanet' type library/catalog?
Yeah you get a code and you activate it on Steam.
Great game but graphics are ancient. I tried playing New Vegas the other day but just couldn't get into it again. Need a new fallout and not that trashy Fallout 76…
true, however, the mods can improve the graphics immensely.
Mods mate, for Fallout NV especially. I recenlty replayed Oblivion with mods and the game still looked amazing on my 48" 4K monitor with a few high res & lighting mods installed.
Finished NV this year. Mods made a big difference. Very playable. Another thing is that you get immersed after a while the smaller details don't matter.
Been playing Fallout 4 for years, now giving this one a shot. Nice find OP.
Does not run on Windows 10.
You need to install Games for Windows Live and then it will run on Win10.
I had to use more than one guide to get it to install properly. But it can be done.
Edit: I used this installer https://community.pcgamingwiki.com/files/file/1012-microsoft…
Tried, too much effort to just install a game
its worth this price gave me maybe 35 hours of fun last year…
I spend week on finding and installing mods every few years to make the game look and feel better and then I play for another week or two before giving up and going to another game due to bugs and crashes. I did however play fallout 3 non stop when it came out initially and it was my first RPG. I just can't get anything close to that these days.
Does anyone have any advice, finally got the game working and in the area where you select how your character looks, it won't let me select 'done' so I can continue. Super frustrating! This is the most time I've spent on a game I'm yet to start playing ever…
My 4th most played game ever after CIV:VI, D3, Skyrim.
