Hey guys,
Currently in the market for a pre-built gaming PC, roughly upwards of around $1500. I don't play anything too intensive, mainly LoL and CSGO for the time being, however looking to expand to other games in the near future. Seems pretty hard to find a decent deal at the moment.
I've been looking around and have been seeing some reasonably priced PC's with GPU's worth up to $1k, e.g

Anyone know the catch behind these? Im assuming they're cheap parts with a dedicated GPU, but still struggling to understand how they profit in these sales.
Any help would be appreciated, thank you!
I'm sort in this category too, only my gaming is Sim racing that started during lockdown.
Ideally I want to game in 1440p or 4k which prob need to push the spec slightly higher towards a min Rtx3060 8gb for 4k. Cheapest I can find is around 1.7-2k with some.compromise in some specs. But I wonder if anything around $1500 can run at 1440p comfortably at ultra video quality.
Btw, i know nothing about computers now… My last DIY build was decades back in Pentium 4 and 5 era with 128mb ram was seen as high spec. Only been buying budget laptops for the past 15 years for study and Mac's for casual home photo editing.
