Hi guys,
I've ordered a mobile phone from Kogan market place last week, the phone arrived and working. But after couple days I noticed that instead of getting a 8gb ram version which I ordered, they sent me a 6gb one. :(
The 8GB version cost $533, 6GB cost $489, so there is a different of $44
Then I contact the seller, on their first response they admitted it was a mistake and offer a $15 refund, I think it should be $44 to be fair so I replied and asked for $44, then the guy replied with offer $25 instead. On the 3rd response he still insists to refund $25 as it is the policy, or I can return the mobile to them - I guess they'll make a refund or replacement?
Good to have the 8GB version but then I have to run the set up for another two times (on the old mobile then the new one).
Not sure if I should worry if they play tricks and not send me a 'proper' phone and/or sending it in a reasonable time frame.
Tried to contact Kogan customer service on their web site, but it seems my message will go to the seller again rather than Kogan staff, which is pointless.
What would you guys suggest?
Return the phone for a full refund.
Buy elsewhere.
