Felix Mobile in 4G Modem

Hi Everyone
I know in their T&C's Felix Mobile advises you cannot use their sim in a device, but has anyone successfully done that?

  I currently have a netgear lb2120
  Im using it with a sim at the moment but would love to utilise the unlimited usage with Felix in the same device
