Looks like cheapest ever (or close to) on the DJI Mini 2 drone (especially if you have eBay Plus).
DJI Mini 2 Drone Fly More Combo also for $854 (or $807 w/ eBay plus).

A time of posting I believe I saw there were only 12 units available.
tempted… good toy during lockdown..
for checking gutters, is it legal ?
No problem checking gutters if it can be done within the rules.
30m is as close as you're allowed to fly to other people…for me that means my neighbours can't be around.
Also, must maintain line of sight at all times…that part should be easy enough for most peaked roofs.
Really…I don't think you'll get a knock on the door from CASA unless you annoy your neighbours with it. This thing is tiny - you would have to try really hard to kill or main somebody with it, or damage property.
Great for gutter inspection as the video quality is crisp. You can even get it to do a slow orbit around your house and have the drone record.
yep legal.
just follow all standard casa rules and you'll be fine.
no flying 30m in any direction from people/moving cars, including no flying over people.
although technically under 250g and not subjected to 5.5km airport exclusion zone rule, I would still follow it as well.
line of sight at all times
if you hear or see a helicopter, bring the drone down
no flying over crowded stadiums/beaches
no flying over emergency situation (crashes/fire etc)
no flying at night
As far as rules goes these are common sense, straight forward, and easy to follow as long no one screws it up for the rest of us..
The more restrictive rules are no flying at most (all?) national and state parks. this means all the pretty places which is sad, but understandable. Who wants to go into nature and enjoy the sound of birds, trees, insects, waves only to be disrupted by bzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz drone noises - not to mention disruption to wildlife.
There are apps you can download that checks for any other known restricted airspace (eg airports, military, certain flight corridor) like Opensky and AirMap. Don't fully rely on it as state/national parks are not in these apps.
My only advice is to watch the wind and wind direction - if you take off with tailwinds, you might not be able to fly back in headwinds. Nearly lost my Mavic 1 like that. Always launch into headwinds.
can also be used to check the neighbour sunbathing in their backyard.. really need to get my mind of out of the gutter..
I'm surprised you found the time to put your hands back on the keyboard given the circumstances lol
Your fly more link is cooked?
