Will this work with a non apple product? Eg via aux in?

Even if it did, you would lose remote control functionality or any functionality other than playback which can be done on any speaker set with aux in.

Don't expect it to sound too good … I have a s715i and it used to sound absolutely out of the world on my old iphone 4. Bought a s2 and used an aux cable and it does not sound even remotely similar in quality (although it could be because my aux cable is cheap).
Btw, you do have limited remote capability. You can still switch the sound up and down with the remote but you can't switch songs.
ant-ant maybe give our team a buzz on 1800 025 544 to troubleshoot because the sounds a little odd.

I have this and the Anywhere II. Not a bad unit for $50. Not as good as the anywhere II though.. that thing rocks.

Thanks for the deal, i am wanting to get 1 of these for my daughter but i cant find where on the website you can specify a colour, where as if i look throught the big w website they have a few different colours.
I personally would prefer to pay the extra to the logitech shop as a thankyou for bringing us a great deal instead of price matching at big w or office works but unfortunately my daughter doesnt want black. Please let me know if i can order the different colours on the logitech website so i can give my support to where its due instead of having to price match at a place that doesnt deserve it
