Can you guys please recommend me a good app for Phone & Internet that monitors monthly usage on iOS & Android and support multiple accounts?

I use Onavo for both Android and iOS, and loving it so far since it can set auto-block when you exceed 98% data allowance, and other modifications. Not sure about multiple accounts thou!

I'm using 3G Watchdog (for Android)
