Was looking for a heating pad recently to see if it would help with back pain. From what I've been reading, infrared heating pads are more effective at warming the muscles at more than just a surface level, but they are a bit hard to come by in Australia. Have had my eye on this one for a couple of weeks and have just bought one after seeing it being on sale as an Amazon Lightning deal until 5:55pm AEST today (or until sold out).

Without knowing the specifics of your situation I wold look into seeing if an Exercise Physiologist is appropriate if you; aren't already, it isn't prevented by your GP for medical reasons and if it's within your budget.
