Powerbanks with solar panels are always cheap garbage, 5,000mah needs much larger panels to charge in any reasonable amount of time, the one you've linked to claims 50,000mah, it's fake.
In that budget, you were expecting Anker?
Do you happen to have any non-solar recommendations?
Noob question. Does solar powerbanks usually also allow you to charge it through the power point/socket? Or they can only be charged via sunlight/light on the solar panel?
You can charge the bank via wall/usb or whatnot however any powerbank with a solar panel is a gimmick, usually used on cheap powerbanks with fake specs.
@ilovefullprice: Sorry not really, I use a $200 car jump start pack as a powerbank, it's not much bigger than a powerbank but

Both claim 10,000Mah, any of the 50,000, 80,000 100,000mah rated ones are fakes.
Those 2 look legit to me.
Try Romoss, they make decent ones for good price
