They can last for ages in the freezer. Most of the stock has more than 6 months so will get you through the summer ;)

Can anyone comment on the salted pistachio praline? I quiet enjoyed the pistachio flavour last time but the salted one is $25 only! Hoping it's not too sweet.
Also curious about the matcha flavour. Is the matcha as strong as the asian supermarket ones or mild like the Connoisseur brand?
This flavour is actually amazing. The only reason we are clearing it is because it's not scooping 100% the way we want it to. If you leave it out for a few minutes though you won't be dissapointed. It's a bargain for pistachio!

Sorry Gerry, they are in 5lt wholesale tubs so we can't split them. What some people do is call some friends and you can split them around..

The pasta is made at a factory in north Melbourne.
The Pasta is very yum, and the filling inside is very good quality.
