We're in the market of robot vacuum for our 2 bedrooms unit with no carpet, only floorboard & tiles.
It looks like Viomi S9 is pretty popular here, but this upgraded version seems not very popular even though the price is similar?

At the price range between $300 - $600 max, could you please recommend a good robot vacuum which has mopping feature and last longer than 2-3 years at least?

On paper the S9 UV is better. However in reality the Roborock's smarts and general setup pushes it ahead.
Yes the Roborock won't have auto unload but from the sounds of it the cleaning efficiency and pickup ability is far superior.

Haven't actually used the mop function yet, but the vacuuming function has been fantastic. Been very impressed. It ranges between $399-$650 in price from what I've seen.
The first Kogan product that actually might be worth it.
