Who to contact for AMEX $30 Gift card?

I registered for the promotion and have a CBA issued amex. I didn't receive the gift card so called amex who in turn asked me to call CBA. CBA told me that they have nothing to do with the promotion so they can't help me out.
unity1 suggested that I email "[email protected]" and they should get back to me within a week.
Has been more than a week and I still have not heard back from them.
Any suggestions?

    Actually they do respond but definetely not in one week. I had a reply back from them once saying they are investigating and will get back to me in 3 business day……… more like a few weeks up to two months. Anyway keep emailing them a few times and they will get back to you eventually.
