Superloop nbn $5 Discount for existing customers

Hey all

Just called Superloop today saying I'm thinking of switching to another provider as I had just finished my 6 months of discounted pricing, and the operator offered a $5/month discount on my current plan (50/20) for 6 months and to call back after that to see if they could do it again. Sure it's not as good as some of the other providers' new customer sign up discounts, but if you're okay with Superloop's service and don't want to go through the switching process again, this might be an option for some to consider.

    • Personally found them to be good - hardly experience dropouts, though it does sometimes happen past midnight. Customer service-wise, it can be a little bit of a wait if you're calling during peak hours, but this call I made around 3pm today took about 2-3mins to get a person to pick up. I know others around the site have had bad experiences with them though, so YMMV.

    Im also new to superloop.
    They have one major outage that has not happened before. They rectified it promtly and gave notice.

    Super happy with them. Transferred from TPG to Superloop about a year ago.

    Got the 100/20 line and never seen it drop below 95/20.

    Had issues once and was resolved within 20 minutes

  • I don't recommend Superloop. They seem to pay a lot of advertisements here. You will find the problem after paid. Once your internet broke down, can never reach an agent.

  • thanks for sharing. I'm with superloop. How should I approach the phone call? Just call up and ask for $5 discount??

    I actually really want to trial for 1000/50 speeds, do you think I can get a 1 month free trial on that??
