        wierd, my card was charged $125.30 aud(not usd) including GST for the 2year/3month promo.

        • Hrm, that was from a total charge $97.90 USD ($89.00 + $8.90 GST)? I haven't put it through yet, so hopefully my card processes it the same too.

          • @Finner: Looks like it's just being charged in AUD anyway - A$113.92/2 year + VAT 10% - A$11.39, total A$125.31/2 year. So we don't have to worry about which credit card will give the best exchange rates etc.

    Thanks OP. I’d been using Express VPN at full cost until another one of these Nords came up. Must say Express was better but not worth the price difference.

    • There is always some VPN with at least 70% cashback. Few days back PIA had a 100% cashback.

      • Yeah I want a well reviewed one though, PureVPN was trash for me, always disconnecting etc. ExpressVPN has been a different world.

    Please be warned if you are buying this for streaming overseas contents. It is really a hit and miss with Netflix (mostly doesn't work and when works could be a little slower to display the contents properly) and with Amazon Prime, it won't let you stream even local contents with Nord VPN running so you must turn it off while using prime.

    • Just wondering, have you used Nordvon to sign up for Netflix via a cheaper country? Trying to sign up via Argentina but it just keeps showing me Aussie prices anyway

        I have stopped using Netflix actually, but just connected to Argentinian server and then tried to check Netflix prices and it showed me USD prices not in Argentinian currency or in AUD.

        Although, I tried Netflix India once and it showed me prices in Indian currency after connecting to an Indian server via Nord. Never signed up though.

  • How long did it take to track? Cashrewards used to instant but there is nothing this time. Purchased from app..

          Different stores have different tracking speeds. NordVPN is not instant. Tracking takes anywhere between 1-4 hours. Thanks.

            • @reservin: Hi Tightarse just to hijack but I had a weird one where I tried Google pay gave me a developer error and paid with CC. Weird thing was everything after Gpay was in a separate window so I'm hoping it tracks?

              If not and we don't see submit a claim similar to above, what can actually be done?

              • @warney: Should be fine. Worst case, they have a 30-day money back guarantee. Alternatively, the claim button appears in your click history after 7 days. Let us know how you go :)

        Edit: the answer is that you have to cancel the whole subscription and go again.

          • @Supercool: If your first one tracked and your second one didn't, NordVPN may consider you an existing customer rather than a new one. Best bet is to cancel within the 30-day money back guarantee time frame so you're not out of pocket. Cheers.

    Damn, I had a payment declined and then had to redo the process again and forgot to untick NordPass the second time round and got slugged with $210. Now waiting for a refund.

    My NordVPN account is active. I have also cancelled AUTO-RENEWAL, is this going to risk my cashback?

    Reason I'm asking is that I've checked my NordVPN general account status, it is showing Cancelled. That said, my NordVPN service is still functional with no technical issues.

    The Account Status is very confusing, my cashback is being tracked and I just want to make sure my cashback won't be VOID.

  • Nordvpn has been so slow in the past week, cant even use on ios or windows or mac. Extremely slow

    • No problems myself. You have not noted which country hence might be just that server?

      • I chose oz, us and south east Asia countries but all of them are so slow, web browsers cant even load, same to youtube.

        • I use the same and all good on my PC. Not sure, perhaps check with their support via chat.
