      I think he might have meant that "the coupon becomes in effect from 1.5 hours from now" and then the discount will show in the cart. It must have been a midnight start for the coupon to be active.
      
      Not that the coupon becomes in effect from 1.5 hours after you've made the order. That would be stupid because you would have to pay full price up front and then receive a coupon discount refund later on. The Amazon order system doesn't work like that.
      
      So i hope that you didn't make an order before the coupon discount became active otherwise you would have paid full price.

The highest refresh rate at 3840x1600 is 60Hz.
If your host (desktop or laptop) supports DisplayPort 1.4 protocol, your 38401600 monitor would support 38401600 60hz. If your host supports DisplayPort 1.2 protocol, your monitor would support 3840*1600 30hz.
