i just bought some WPC from proteindirect (taste is tolerable, banana > iced mocha), as NBS had a 10% for a lousy day and i missed it. i asked if they could do another soon and i got a bullshit answer.
WPC is good, but may have some trouble guzzling it down, in which case you should get WPI
WPI has more protein per serving/serving weight compare to WPC but its not much, about 3g.
WPC is a lot cheaper therefore better option if you're cheap, but just as good.disclaimer: don't forget these are SUPPLEMENTS and you should NOT go overboard with these and eat less. you need to EAT MORE and only drink one or two shakes a day to SUPPLEMENT your protein intake from normal foods. if you don't, well, you're stupid.
I prefer to buy the wpi, but finding the range is huge and wanted to see what others thought of the brands.
Optimum nutrition gold standard 100% whey, I'm double rich chocolate and it is by far the best tasting protein I have ever tasted. Nutritional stats are great on it also.
How long they take to ship to OZ?
They don't ship that product to us :(, was just showing for the reviews.
Have a look on ebay, it's usually the cheapest.
ok
Powders come cheap and easy in the form of WPI and work fine for me; but i really struggle to find good value bars. Does any one have any suggestions for cheap and good protein bars? Bars are much easier have on the go.
Good one. thanks mate
np, use my referral if you wish http://www.vitacost.com/Referee?wlsrc=rsReferral&ReferralCod…
sure will.
been using http://professionalwhey.com.au and would recommend
Stock standard WPI provides the best value and good results. In my opinion the fancy label brands are not worth it. I buy from http://www.proteindirect.com.au/ or http://nobullsupplements.com.au/
