I ordered food from Ubereats and they cancelled my order as they could not find a driver to deliver food.
So looked through Q&A and they were showing that they gonna refund money in 10 business day.
It happend in April and I totally forgot about this order as they said they gonna refund that money back.
But I found out recently they haven't refund that money and I wrote about this issues to customer service in the app!
And that answer was
"We are unable to make adjustment for orders if the order was placed more than 30days ago."
This is like a scam! Danm!
Is there any way to get my money back?
Or any advices to where do I report about it?
Ghost account? I'd be fighting for a credit… but I certainly would have followed up sooner.
