I bought the sampler pack of six ciders, and found the most interesting cider (Dickens Rose) had been swapped out for Three Oaks (<2$/bottle at Dan Murphys).
Emails to the address listed on their site have gone unanswered.
Just thought I should let you guys know, not sure yet if I'll chargeback or otherwise…
Well actually, I bought 4 sampler packs between myself and some friends.
I don't know about you, but I don't like being bait and switched on hard-to-find samplers I could have bought down the road.
At the very least I would have expected to be emailed/called and asked if an alternative was okay.

I bought a way overpriced stationery set for my daughter from Scholastic. She was so keen for it because it was some particular character. It was some outrageous price, like $15. They delievered a generic stationery set with some ponies on it. Of course my daughter wanted to keep it, it was ponies after all. There is no way in hell we would have spent that money on that item. They should have returned my money and offered us the generic pony set as a reorder opportunity. I am still livid about it.
I have noted that Beer Boys have outrageous freight to WA. Other companies manage to get grog to WA for a fraction of the price. Now this. I will never order from this company.

It specifically states what Ciders are in the pack, so it's not acceptable that they swap it out like that.
Just return it - of course, you can't do that if you've drunk it LOL
If you can't get redress via chargeback or otherwise, you can lodge a complaint with Fair Trading NSW online. You will need to submit evidence like the original ad, maybe a photo of what arrived, etc.
Seriously, you emailed them about one beer? Maybe just drink the beer you got and then see if it still seems important.
