The expiry date of this deal is 15th Feb 2012 and I placed an order on 6th Dec 2011, getting nothing till now!
The deal said I have to place order on the website which link was provided on scoopon (www.brandwearshop.com), I followed everything and sent 2~3 emails after not getting stock after a month. I tried to call the company but the phone was stopped, and while I tried to visit the website again the browser showed "Warning! This website may damage your company!"
I presented this to Scoopon by sending email to [email protected] and got the ticket ID: ULO-353603 on 17 Jan 2012. It has been 1 month right now but I still didn't receive any response even after sending out 2 request-to-follow emails.
Has anyone here got the same case? What should I do now??
Have you tried contacting Scoopon via facebook?
From past experiences with other companies (e.g. ASOS), I have received faster responses via facebook than emails.
