Says SAA but no mention and cannot see in the images the Regulatory Compliance Mark.
The below related and very similarly looking product does appear to have the RCM (visible in the images and noted in the description/title). (note: not vouching for the product or the seller).

Yeah there's different brands that look identical which is why I was a bit concerned
Possibly has sharp edges, hard to tell from the photo.
Might injure you if dropped on a bare foot.
Potential choking hazard if you are very careless.
Shiny plastic could cause glare if reflecting sunlight while driving.
Plastic construction uses oil which has a high environmental footprint for climate change.

You need to do some more investigation as to what the certification in the following line is as there is no SAA certification number indicated. As for the standards you can try to look them up and see if they are the correct ones:
