Hello, just after a firm pillow with either medium or low profile. something between $50-100 would be ideal though can go over $100 if it is worthy. I am a side sleeper and don't really like high-profile ones.

Try this. I use one myself. I also bought the high and firm one which is great for propping you up while reading.
This is the blab from the linked $15 side sleeper pillow.
"Enjoy a comfortable and supportive night's sleep with the House & Home Side Sleeper Pillow. This quality pillow has been specifically designed to offer firm support for side sleepers throughout the night. The breathable cover features slim satin piping for a stylish finish."
The cover is cotton the inside polyester.
Check out Dentons pillows, Aussie made and owned. Probably the memory foam ones in your case. They go on sale regularly in department stores (Myer now and possibly Amazon too).
Yep, wife and I both have Dentons for a few years now. Would definitely recommend them.

is this any good?
I'm a side sleeper and my Koala pillow is the most comfortable pillow I have ever had.
Side-sleeper here and physio recommended Dentons contour pillows which are great to alleviate neck pain.
As mentioned by @Pecan above, they are regularly on sale so would fit your budget.
What about a memory foam pillow, I have one, and I have slept on my side since before memory foam pillows came out. I got mine from Hardly Normal. It is a My Bambi, BRAVO Memory Foam pillow
This one is pretty good
