I just tried to login with my details, and then with my partner's details… both were incorrect, tried to do a password reset, and I get the notification that "An account with that email does not exist".

Definitely not just you. Thanks for flagging - it's affecting those that are attempting to log in. If already logged in, not an issue. Hopefully sorted soon, and will update here. Thanks again.

Update, it did track but at sale value of $0 due to possible payment issue. TA is chasing Sony for the reason.
