My brother ordered it yesterday and only one box came so he complained to DD and they credited him, then thinking the system will work he orders it again today and only one box comes, he goes to contact support and they can't help him because they already credited yesterday, he even recorded the opening the sealed bags and sent it to them but now all he is getting is candid responses
Seems kinda scummy but expected for these types of companies and ordering RR on top of that.
Anyone have issue with DD/ubereats or the others support being ass for restaurant mess ups?
