Container for water. 600 - 700ml. Carry around and drink when thirsty.

Most bottles cost next to nothing and are often given away free at events, I have a stack of them. Also you get one free every time you buy a drink! Only reason you might want to pay more than a few dollars is for a back pack with hose type thing.

Seriously, just buy a Pump water from Coles or Woolies and keep reusing the bottle!
When you finish, refill it to 25% and freeze it, then next time when you need nice cold water just fill the rest of the bottle and you'll have a nice cold drink ready to go.

here is a good one as i spotted on an earlier post last night
its on clearance only $5, free delivery if you spend $50 and there is alot of $5 shoes and shirts. and its from cotton on so its stylish, and look if you put your magnifying glass over it, then it will magically turn from black to red :P

Grilld had some cute ones for about $6 but maybe 300 ml. Personally, I like nalgene but are about $20+ depending on which one you get.
