Custard pies are simply the best. As are the raspberry custard pies that hopefully make a return.
They changed my life those raspberry ones
Yes, they were amazing - hope they bring them back.
they were aiight imo, great to have option variety
The Taro ones that you can get overseas are also amazing. I wish they'd bring them here.
Same. It gave me diabetes.
But was well worth it.
Also been waiting for the custard pies to come back.
😁😁I've always wanted a cheap raspberry pi(e)
And two double bacon and beef meals (one at $4.95, one at 'normal' price)
Why not just two cheap ones?
If you mean me buying them im sorry the comment was confusing it was to reply to 'em' above saying theres two apple pie prices - and I was just saying theres two prices for the double beef and bacon meal too. I dont eat double beef and bacon's :) i didnt click the right buttons to reply and couldnt be bothered trying to figure it out
I guess it's for long term items where they have promotional prices then!
They were advertising that chocolate pies were now available in store, is that on?
They're not showing in my app. On the kiosks you can customise the soft serves to be chocolate soft serve but it seems to have only been soft launched at a handful of stores. I suspect they quietly trial new products at stores and that's probably one of them.
I’ve heard of hot apple pie but never heard of hot custard - I should give it a try :)
Lunch sorted 4 custard pies and 2x $2 burgers
Quickest drive thru everhow many kids do you have!?
That was for me.
LOL
that's alot of custard pies
but they are pretty tasty
BRING BACK CHERRY PIES!
did we ever have them in Oz? can't remember them…
Yes. In the 90’s.
Let me know when they have drive-thru cream pies available.
I think those are illegal in Australia
Glorious!
Tried the custard the other day. Not bad not bad
Can confirm custard pie is worth every cent, whoever is going to Macca's should stock 'em up!
Can concur, was good. Also had a soft serve with it. If i had a cup and spoon could've made me own mcflurry (without hot fudge sauce, but meh)
my hot apple pie complements my $1 7/11 coffee. total bargan at only 2.50 for the whole coffee and apple pie :D
Noticed the price when I was getting my $2 medium coffee offer (targeted) on my app. I have a soft spot for anything apple pie, but agree the custard one is good too.
this is good news, shame they are so small though. The custard & raspberry pies were even better, hope they bring them back at some stage
Tried it… Prefer the Apple pie
I prefer creampie.
Tomato sauce is free with the pies too.
Wh… Why?
When maccas used to have those $1 hamburgers, I used it together with free whipped cream (or was it butter? maybe both?) together with honey, put it all on the patty and eat it for extra calories.
Call me crazy, but it had a good taste.
Call me crazy, but it had a good taste.
OK, you are crazy….
Get the free honey instead and drizzle it on-top. Sooooo good.
Macca's apple pies used to be awesome back in the day. Always boiling hot, loaded with apple pieces, and nice crunchy pastry.
I tried one a few years ago and it was so terribly sad. Felt like shooting it to put it out of its misery.
they're great again
Birthday Mcflurry was alright but prefer mm's/oreo though - they used cold custard pieces. Custard pie tasted alright though custard just taste like custard you make on the stove top from custard powder.
how were the sprinkles? lol
i would at leats prefer lukewarm pies even if a tad stale
Sprinkles are sprinkles. They tasted alright.
hittin' dat boujiie life
It's odd that the app lists both a $1.50 apple pie and a $2.50 (55?) apple pie.
