Need help in approaching Samsung for phone warranty

Hello Folks,

Good evening.

Bought Samsung S10 Plus from samsung online store(EPP) in July 2019. Since last 3 months screen is giving me lots of flickering and other issues. I tried factory rest and flickering reduced but screen became dull. All of sudden today, i am getting horrible flickering on top of the screen and bottom part have horizontal lines. Never had any physical damage to screen. its in mint condition, haven't used much. As it is almost 2 years what are my chances of getting some reasonable service from samsung? Tomorrow visiting service center and confused should i bring ACCC in to discussion.

Does any one have any similar experience? Thanks.

        They may try to fob you off. Hold strong, know your rights.

    Visit the Samsung store and see what they say. Request a repair, you might be out of a phone for a few weeks but they should fix it.

    If that does not work and they refuse to repair, or other issues arise contact VOC Samsung, they are usually fair helpful.
