      LOL Well, I had closed my Everyday Account (unused for years) just before that promo, & opened new one & Netbank Saver - so that could be the reason… not new customer.
      Its considered a competition, so not banking business for Ombudsman. Still no reply to online complain via my Netbank is annoying.

im locked in with free movies for 12months deal up last year september with cba atm…
