How Often Do JB Hi-Fi Telstra Deals Come by?

Looking to sign up for a new sim only plan. I missed out on the EOFY deal unfortunately where you received a $500 gift card for signing up on the $69 per month plan. Not sure if I should go for the Harvey Norman Optus deal where you receive a $400 gift card or just wait. Telstra deal seems better and they offer a more superior network in my opinion.
