    When you logged in Apple it says "Plan Not Available
    Subscriptions for the Family plan are not currently supported on the web. You can sign up for an Individual plan or use the Apple Music app on one of your devices to sign up for a Family plan"

    I'm using an android mobile to do it and I have apple music installed.

    I've been using Apple Music for free since almost the beginning of the year thanks to these regular promotions - originally got a 4-month trial, then the JB Hi-Fi promotion for another month, and now this one - was successfully offered one month as a previous user. Have to say though, this is the first time I've seen them do the Family Plan, so it was nice not having to sign up all my family members for individual free trials!

    Worked for me thanks. Apple Music app on Android supports casting. Cancel sub before they charge you.

      Or just sub and cancel straight away. You still get the benefit of the sub without the risk of forgetting to cancel.

    Got 1 month free Family sub as previous trialler. Cancelled straight away on phone so it doesn't renew, can still access til Aug 5th

    I can't stand how Apple handles media .. I got a bunch of free months when I bought my iPhone but I have my own music I load on to my phone (in addition to using a subscription service), but you can only properly integrate Apple Music if you "sync" your library, which in turn deletes all existing music files from your device. You can't have both Apple Music and your own local music on your phone at the same time.

      So wait, you are saying that you have Apple music, and you have a itunes music library.

      When you Sync it deleted all the music on your phone.

      The point is of course with Apple music that you have your whole itunes library available across all of your devices, this is why I chose Apple music even though android user.

      Why dont you add the music to itunes?

      I mean how easy can Apple possibly make it? and yes itunes works better on windows than mac.

    Just an update, I had no luck getting this to work on my iphone or andriod but I use this code below on itunes app on my windows pc & it just worked. Got 4 months trial

    Interesting, looks like "redeem now" red button generates a new code if you open the link with iphone. When I tried to use the code eariler, I was stuck on endless loading payment screen on my iphone. I thought it was unlimited use code

    This took me a while to figure out, so maybe this helps someone else.
    Clicking the link in my desktop browser or my iPhone Brave browser didn't work - the "Redeem Now" text was not a link.
    However, opening the link in Safari on my iPhone presented a very different-looking page with a working Redeem Now link. This was clickable and took me to the iTunes store where I got 3 months for free.

    Will it work on other region's Apple Music? Some songs that I listen to aren't available in Apple Music AU.
