Don't forget the survey for free small chips and drink (at least with the double cheeseburger). I claimed it successfully last night with the burger by showing an old receipt (number wasn't even checked).
Redeemed the $5 for 12 nuggets on shake and win the other day, no sauces on the app and they didnt offer when I redeemed at the counter. Would they have given me free sauce if I'd asked or would it have been at an extra charge?

I got that yesterday and when I went t pay the cost was different so I asked and they said on shake and win sauces aren't included. So I cancelled the sauces - but then when I went to the next window to collect they had included the sauces in the bag. Pretty poor form to exclude sauces on nuggets on shake and win.
Double Cheeseburger + (small Chips + Drink - from Survey) for $3 is quite a good deal.

It's showing for me. It's not the Jack's App Deals (I went there first). On the bottom right there's a picture of a little coupon, if you click there they should be there.
It may be that some people don't have it, but just in case people are just looking in the wrong place.
Last time, counter rejected me to use receipt (free chips and drink) when I got shake and win on a $4 whopper, or is the receipt acceptable if I use voucher?

That could be the case (that they only accept voucher), but it might just vary by store and maybe the person who serves you (they wouldn't accept it for one of my previous orders too, can't remember if it was voucher or shake & win tho).

Likewise. I've been using the same survey codes at KFC, Taco Bell (for the free crunchy taco) and HJ's and they never ask for them.
Last time I had HJs was when they just got rid of their French fries. Not a fan of their new chips. Not been back. Burgers may be better, but the fries are certainly not.
Going to disagree there, they are so much better, and since they're usually fresh they are better than most other chains now!

They are all frozen chips. I believe they just taste fresher than any other chains chips. Seasoning is the bomb.
@MuddyClear: For deep fried starch that has no nutritional value other than energy it's probably the correct serving size.
@Jazza2400: people buying junk food don’t care for nutritional value. But as I’m paying for it I expect better value for money like other chains.
I know it’s personal preference when it comes to taste. But maccas is now the last place to sell French fries. So it’s a bit like Pepsi pulling out of cola.

ok had a flash back and remember the nuggets are HJ are pretty plain, id rather get the 24 nuggets from McDonalds but damm the 2 chips is so tempting as their not bad lol
