@richmond12 - I don't think you can wall mount heat pump dryers. They're way too heavy.
Definitely not! You would thoroughly destroy a heat pump drying if run upside down. The condensor water would go into the electronics, then leak out all over the place.
Read up/watch youtube videos on how heat pump dryers work.

Would save the need for a trailer if it can be laid down.
It should be right providing you don't drive on bumpy road. Make sure you don't turn it on straight away though after laying on side. Gas needs to settle.
Does anybody know that ALDI will still go ahead with the sales of the dryer and washing machine given that Victoria is in lockdown?

Update: I managed to snag a dryer. There were 6 units of each washer and dryer at Aldi CBD. Unsure if there were more but we've defo taken the first wave already.
The washing machine is a rebranded Akai. Shows as Akai on wifi app.

I don't think Akai is the manufacturer either. All these companies buy some generic product and rebrand (with slight variations for differentiation).
