Hey guys
Just got my mum a $150 Nokia phone to use with the covid safe app.
We took the Telstra Sim out of her old iPhone 5 and the new phone can make and receive calls but no mobile internet.
Airplane mode is off. I looked at another working Nokia and the settings all appear the same apart from the provider network name (mines with Optus)
Thoughts?

Make sure mobile data is turned on in settings.
I'm assuming there's a mobile data allowance on your plan (if it was working on old iphone)
