Friends wants 4 copies. Where is the cheapest I can get it?

from steam, off my memories, they were like $10-$15 each if you buy a set (4 licenses).

He wants hard copies. Cheapest I've found is $21 from OzGameShop.

  If it's for the PC version, then hard copies are pretty pointless. The only upside of purchasing from OzGameshop is that you will probably get UK copies which are uncensored. Otherwise using a US VPN to buy a 4-pack will be by far the cheapest way to get the uncensored PC version of L4D2.
