I don't recommend the other two games over Yakuza 4. Probably one of the best games released last year.

i bought a copy off ebay before xmas last year for $40 delivered and i made out like a bandit
i think there's an LA Noire GOTY style pack coming soon with DLCs and stuff…
I'd wait for Forza4. The 'Ultimate' Edition should be released soon giving you all the DLC from the Collectors (without the price. Still ~$140 AU on eBay :-/). (Based on Forza3 timings). Should be about the same price when it's out.
Ultimate came out that fast? Thanks for the advice then, shall wait. Can always slam another 40 hours or so on Forza 3 if the feeling arose :P
Just a warning that just because its advertised by Zaavi as available doesn't necessarily mean it is.
I ordered Battlefield 3 from Zaavi just after christmas. They had it listed as 'in stock' then one week later advised that they didn't have it in stock, and they were facing delays and wouldn't be able to deliver til much later. Needless to say I missed out on buying it cheaply at another seller as they all increased their prices just before I got Zaavi's notification. Frustrating - and also rather sharp practice from Zaavi (i.e., locking in sales from customers, AND THEN ensuring they have stock).
Hopefully your experience will be better than mine. However, I promised the customer rep I was discussing my issues with that I would tell others about my bad experience!

Zavvi sell cheap games and always arrive within 2-3 weeks. If you dont like it then go and shop at EB or Game and pay more for the games.. Stop complaining!!

Always? Well, not from my experience. I'm just alerting people to the fact that they may not always deliver. However, I'm hoping that they do deliver to those ozbargainers who do act on this deal.
Not sure why alerting people to some issues with Zaavi is taken to mean I'd be happy with EB or Game. As there are plenty of other cheap online options out there:

Forza 4 is great, I've actually taken to playing it more than GT5, and I have a wheel for GT5!
Still waiting for arkham city to drop down in price. :((
