I can vouch for their scented candles.. they are some of the best out there. I usually buy them when they go on sale at Bed Bath n Table, but these are a very good price. I can personally attest to the Pear and Lime, its lush. The OP's post has the 260g for $17.48, Bed Bath n Table have the same one (also on sale) for $25.95 so this is a great offer.
Having said that, when the Daniel Brighton candles go on sale or free shipping on catch, I stock up on those as I feel the quality is comparable to Circa Home but the price is half as much and the product twice as big. (I love the vanilla and sandlewood ones for really huge scent payoff without smelling too girly).
