          @pizzaguy: they've got plenty of T7s in stock at big W rouse hill, nsw. Chances are other big Ws might have too. I've seen red, grey and black in stock. I got the touch version for $100 couple of days ago; the non touch are $90 for 500gb :)

  Just be mindful that this is the v1 of this drive, so same speeds as the Samsung T5.

  The v2 of this drive has speeds of up to 1GB/s, and is more in line with the T7.

  The geniuses at SanDisk decided to keep the name identical and not even bother to put in a version number so it makes things super confusing.

  V1 Extreme: 550MB/s, V2 Extreme: 1000MB/s
  V1 Extreme Pro: 1000MB/s, v2 Extreme Pro: 2000MB/s

  The extreme pro has a orange outer ring whereas the extreme doesn’t.
