Help finding good mobile plan with data sharing

I am looking for a mobile plan that offers the following:

• unlimited talk and text
• ~20gb data
• generous amount of international calls

I also want to be able to use data sharing with the plan so I can have it setup on my home wifi device.

I am happy to pay 12 months up front if the price is good.
