From the website:

Crime doesn’t pay… apparently!

It’s time to hit the streets of 1980s Japan and witness a crime underworld that needs a good ass-whooping with your Yakuza 0 Steam PC key.

WHAT IS YAKUZA 0
In this action-adventure, you’ll take on the role of protagonists Kazuma Kiryu – a man who finds himself in a world of trouble when a simple debt collection goes wrong and his mark winds up murdered – and Goro Majima, trying to live his life as the proprietor of a cabaret club.

KICK ASS
Seamlessly switch between three different fighting styles to spice up your combat during street fights with goons, thugs, hoodlums, and lowlifes. Take combat up a notch by using environmental objects such as bicycles, sign posts, and car doors for bone-crunching combos and savage take-downs.

ONE FOR THE SIDE MISSION FANS
From discos and hostess clubs to classic SEGA arcades and karaoke, there are tons of distractions to pursue in side missions and sub-stories in the richly detailed, neon-lit world of 80s. Help a budding S&M dominatrix learn her profession, or ensure a street performer can make it to the bathroom in time – there are 100 incredible stories to discover.

LET’S DO BUSINESS
Help Kazuma and Goro build businesses from the ground up and earn top dollar… well, Yen actually. Use your well-earned Completion Points to unlock more hostesses and security staff.

YOUR OFFICIAL YAKUZA 0 STEAM PC KEY GIVES YOU:

  • Kick-ass action.
  • 'Very Positive' Steam rated game.
  • Entrepreneurship, real estate and CP rewards.
  • Vast amount of side missions to lose yourself in.
  • Karaoke that feels like a fun love-child of Dance Dance Revolution.

According to HLTB the main and extra takes 64. 5 hours to complete. Completionist is 138 hours.
In my experience, the times mentioned there are pretty ambitious and I regularly need at least 1/3 more time than mentioned there, making it 85 hours and 183 hours respectively.
Therefore, assuming I have about 6 hours per week for personal gaming, it would take me 14 or 30 weeks to complete the game.
With the recent $5 bonus cashback I could buy the game for $0.74 but considering the time I would need to complete the game and would have to have GP, I think it is easy to see why for some people, including myself, it is much better and cost effective to buy the game even at $5.74 as GP is not free either (assume, the $1 trial is used up).
Especially since then the other three people in the house who are into gaming (kids) can also play it at some point.

Doesn't hurt to add it is included in GP is all I'm saying. Wow

        • I think these days it is would be easier to say which game is NOT included in GP as most games seem to be and the number of the games that are popular and are posted here and are not on GP is much smaller.

          • @Lysander: Kudos for having 3 kids and posting 30 deals a day btw

            • @Fooah: Fortunately, they are not toddlers anymore and are kept busy with school, friends etc. during they day and I can work.
Not 30 deals either. You are mixing me up with another person who has no restrictions. ;-)

      • I find this aspect frustrating/anxiety inducing due to the time pressure exerted by the fact games leave Gamepass. Have to pray you get to finish it before they yank it.

      • I swear I spent 64.5 hours on the hostess minigame alone!

      • With the recent $5 bonus cashback I could buy the game for $0.74

        You have my attention.

  • "Use your well-earned Completion Points to unlock more hostesses and security staff". Where do I sign up?

Sucha great game, I just wish the new one had the same combat mechanics

    • I prefer the new style, it just needs a little work here and there and it's perfect. Old style is so boring, have never liked mashing buttons for combos, it's why I could never finish any Yakuzas. Boring ass combat.

      • To each their own buddy, I don't have time for turn based

  • I love video game dunkey's review of this game

it really highlights the charm of the Yakuza series
