Superloop Internet down? SE Melbourne

Internet running fine until about 10:05pm tonight when it just came up as disconnected.
The router is showing an orange light on the globe indicator. NBN box all lit up working fine.

Superloop showing no disruptions. I am only 18 days in with this ISP and this is a brand new router which was working perfectly fine up until the crash. Their offices closed at like 8pm with no tech support line. Anyone in SE with Superloop experiencing outage right now?

I am on hotspot atm which is good so I don't miss out on any deals.

        • Weirdly my 4G is somewhat sketchy in this house. But on the hotspot it produces the goods, any reason why that could be the case?

            If your hotspot and phone have same frequency support, probably just different antenna designs

    Probably result of Heavy bandwidth usage from across the country like sydney? possibly superloop getting your nbn fiber from Sydney or repurposing your data to Sydney siders.

    Or may be they just throttling you because you keep using tooooooooo much data?

    • How long you been with them for? Has this happened previously to you?

      • I’ve been with them for I’d say a good year or so. This is probably the first time I’ve had a major outage like this. Before superloop, I was with aussiebroadband which constantly had outages/maintenance which annoyed me to no end.

        • Yeah I was with TPG prior and had a few outages. I guess each company has its faults, but good to know this doesn't happen often:) Hotspot/4G keeps us going on here!

          Not sure what they did in the 20th century 😂

    Down last night for me too. First time it's happened since I've been with Superloop. Their status page was showing everything was okay though…
