bought one $8 deal + free shipping. yet to open it. :)
Very slow drive, not a problem if you are saving just word docs but if you want to transfer anything bigger it will take a while.

Got it a while back, it a very small drive (physically), with the smooth surface it's pain to unplug from my laptop.
I tried it in my Shield TV Pro as the primary storage, everything slowed down and started stuttering (Kodi, Crossy Road, menu navigation). I wonder if I have a faulty one as it is also unusable on Windows 10 machines, but for $9 I'm finding the motivation lacking to make the trip back to Centrecom.
Never got mine from the $8 deal last month and have contacted them twice with promised refund. Never got the refund. It's only $16, but it's my $16 as they promised twice to refund. I'll keep at them each month.
Wasn't it $8 with free postage last time, this doesn't seem like much of a deal
