What an absolute pleasure! When we ordered it we didn't know we were in for a treat. It really lives up to the easy-to-clean claims and heats up pretty quickly! Update. After going through the check out process and paying through PAYPAL, the free charger finally appeared.

yeah, just bought one BBQ and got the charger on my invoice.
The charger only shows up on checkout page and the actual invoice after you've paid, not the payment confirmation page.

dammit i hate catch of the day
i ordered, stupid website keep magically putting 2 in there. then after 10 minutes of fustratingly clickin around, i press confirm and didnt realise that was the end. (ussually i was expecting an extra confirmation screen!) i didnt put in the code cos it was hidden.. didnt see it with all the bloody distractions. paypal made it so instantaneous.
deliver is 7-10 bus days, not gonna make it well past fathers day… grr..
now i cant edit order, add codes or delivery address (wasnt expecting to, but serious their order screen should have warned me).
their help centre is useless. theres no contact email or number

hi, I just ordered one an hour or 2 ago but mine doesn't say anything about the free charger and battery in the invoice page or email (order process)?
I put the code in twice (as I decided to go back and shop some more) and both times it said the code has been entered in successfully. It mentioned about the free charger and battery when I clicked the check out (after the 1st time I entered the promotion code)
I hope the system didn't take out the promotion code when I entered it in the 2nd time. Can anyone tell me what it says on your invoice or email that they sent to you after purchasing.

Did you pay using Paypal?
Just received an email from catch of the day and said only if I use paypal then it will work. totally didn't make that connection, I just used my credit card directly. I do have a paypal account (and could have used the credit card through paypal, as I set that up ages ago).
my 1st time using ozbargin and my bad :P, that was silly of me n wont be making that mistake again.
