  • What happens if I have prime, get this game and then don't renew my prime membership? Do I lose the game too?

    • +6

you keep the game(s) will stay in your account once you sign up even after you've cancelled (from what I've read on reddit).

  • Are any of these on Steam, Epic, Ubi, Origin or GOG? I can't be bothered with yet another friggin launcher.

    • +4

      No

    • +6

Unfortunately it's another launcher, but what you can do is install the launcher, install the game(s), then uninstall the launcher, you will still be able to play the game(s).

Did that for Yooka-Laylee and the Impossible Lair when that was free.

    • I have no issue using half dozen launchers to access thousands of games. Be happy it isn't DOS days where you need to restart your computer with a custom boot disk just to get some games to run.

  • Is there a launcher for it on Windows ? They will be stored thr like Epic games etc ?

There's also a plugin for GOG Galaxy if you use that.

      • Thanks Mate .. Does the Claim means i can install thm later as I feel to at any time ? e.g. if i am out of space currently, but I can claim and keep it for installation later ?
Also, is there any way to play games on Android/tab ? I looked up few articles but they are very old from 2014.

        • +1

          You keep them forever.

          Only Windows.

    Not supported in Australia?

It already shows claim now, whats with the 3 days wait?

I see the Batman game currently listed but none of the others mentioned above.

      • Ah probably. I just checked batman and commented here. Batman is easy to remember :D

Is the Batman game any good? I really enjoyed The Wolf Among Us, The Walking Dead and GoT from Tell Tale.

    • Yes it was good (I played it on PS4).

On a separate note, you should try Tales from the Borderlands too - that was actually my favourite of the lot and I hadn't played a Borderlands game before.

      Lol

  • So like what is prime gaming? Amazon trying to build their Steam competitor? Assuming it will be integrated with twitch, and somehow link to the amazon store? haha

    • Yep, pretty much all that. I haven't played any of their games yet, I'm still collecting.

    • +3

Think of it as just a bonus to your Amazon account. It's not a pillar that holds up the Amazon tent.

    • At the moment it's just for the freebies they give away.

I've picked up over 240 so far, about 30% are recognisable titles plus a lot of filler.

    • I've been adding games I want to play, not every game. My Epic account is stuffed with games I don't want and I can't sort them into categories (like CRAP, played etc).

  • Anyone got a link for "Tales of the Neon Sea"?

    Has it expired already?

    • +1

They haven't become active yet. It's a timing thing, they'll be available later today.

    • Thanks loveyoulooongtime. I'll set a reminder for tomorrow in case I forget to check again later today.

  • +1

The deal is now active :)

  • Looks like you get Secret of Monkey Island SE as well, highly recommend that if you haven't already played it.

  • So this is only playable on PC right? So there’s no point if I use a Mac?

    • Unfortunately yes. Or claim first just in case you buying PC in the future.

  • +1

    Thank you!

  • Should list The Secret of Monkey Island: Special Edition in the title as well

  • Can I claim the stuff with my current trial and then claim the stuff on my partners account if she trials prime next month?
Obviously not going to be on the same Amazon account but when it links to other launchers for games and stuff IE LoL skins.
