I take you've never seen the UCS Slave 1? Lots of smooth plate pieces give that "un-Lego" impression but visible, exterior studs have been out of fashion in the AFOL community for a long time now. Smooth surfaces are all the rage now.
The last time I bought it at this price it got stolen off my doorstep. Hopefully this time it doesn't. :)
