NIB rewards Gift card not working

Hi all

Does anyone have any experience with this

It's through lifestyle rewards/ edge loyalty

Bought a $1000 Harvey Norman voucher yesterday through nib rewards to save 6%

It arrived in my inbox within 15 mins but when you click on the link it says oops there was an error

I called the number but they're closed on weekends

Now worried I'm going to miss this eofy deal through them

Does anyone have any experience with these guys and good outcomes? It's a lot of money to potentially lose. Or if it takes a long time to miss out on the deal
